Working hours of „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres to be extended in September
Customer service centres are located at Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Prāgas Street 1 (entrance from the city canal side), Kurzemes Avenue 137, Vienības gatve 117A (former terminal of trolleybus route No. 27 „Ābolu Streets”). Working hours: from 9:00 till 21:00 on workdays and from 10:00 till 16:00 on Saturdays. The customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1 is open from 9:00 till 21:00 on workdays and from 10:00 till 16:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. The customer service centre at Brīvības Street 49/53 is open from 8:00 till 21:00 on workdays and from 10:00 till 15:00 on Saturdays. Customers can also apply for visiting service centres in advance on the website of „Rīgas satiksme” at www.rigassatiksme.lv.
In the customer service centres of „Rīgas satiksme”, you can receive personalized or non-personalized e-tickets, Riga resident’s cards, pupil’s e-cards, have them replaced by new ones, buy yellow e-tickets, and also receive information about your e-ticket’s contents.
To receive an e-ticket, you shall take an identity document (passport or ID card) with you and visit one of the above customer service centres. Those clients whose e-ticket has expired shall take an identity document and e-ticket, which can be exchanged for a new e-ticket/Riga resident’s card. If you have lost your e-ticket, getting a new one will cost you 2.85 EUR.
